The owner - Josiah Lipsmeyer has been awarded the best plastic surgery SEO in the world 2022. He is also the best overall plastic surgery marketer I have ever met. 95% of their clients are in the top 5 for major keywords. They are a little more expensive, but you pay for what you get. Best for high competition and surgeons who need to outrank 20–90 doctors.

2. DOCTORLOGIC: 80/100

Decent results with onsite SEO. Offsite SEO is only YEXT listings as far as we can see. Decent company for plastic surgeons in non-competitive markets with less than 15 plastic surgeons..

These guys are pretty good but seem to have had difficulty from the 2020 algorithm update that hit so many surgeons. I don’t see these websites on page 1 as often as we used to. Worth a shot if they are cheap and have updated their methods to 2022–2023 standards.

Company seems to be knowledgeable about plastic surgery. SEO is okay for less competition in towns of 50k or less population.

6. STUDIO 3–65/100 (Biggest Drop since 2021)

If there is a company that dropped the ball — this is the one. Build decent looking websites. Hire them for a website build, but do not hire them for SEO or anything else.

7. CRYSTALCLEAR — 65/100

CrystalClear (which is now PatientNow) sells SEO but they don’t do it, nor understand it. If you look into their code, you will see numerous SEO mistakes that are considered SEO 101.

Just not a fan of these guys. PatientPop is one of those “holding your website hostage companies”. They build websites on their own CMS so it’s impossible to get your website back, unless they have changed since last time we spoke with them.
